Harris County Sheriff's Office authorities are investigating a crash that killed a bicyclist at Ella Blvd in Harris County, TX on December 11th, 2021. Investigators say the incident happened around 3:15 a.m. Juan Rosales Villalobos was riding a bicycle near Ella Blvd in a northbound inside lane when a vehicle struck him before fleeing the scene. Police say a second vehicle also struck Villalobos shortly after and also fled the scene. Villalobos died at the scene. Additional information was not available.
