What Happened

Harris County Sheriff's Office authorities are investigating a crash that killed two men at FM 529 and Bartlett Rd in Harris County, TX on June 14th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 11:30 a.m. According to investigators, a Volkswagen SUV colliding with a work van under unclear circumstances. It was alleged that the van may have crossed into opposite direction lanes prior to the collision. An occupant of the van, identified as Juhu Garcia Reyes, was killed. The driver of the van, Octavio Lopez had undisclosed injuries. The driver of the Volkswagen, Kenneth Biggs, was also killed in the crash. Additional information was not immediately available.
