Police say the incident happened around 10:50 p.m. According to investigators, an Acura ILK operated by an unnamed 24-year-old Houston woman was headed northbound at the time. A motorcycle operated by 45-year-old Julio Caceres was headed northbound while a vehicle headed with parked. Authorities say the vehicle performed a lane change when unsafe, causing the motorcycle to collided with the Acura. The collision caused Caceres to fall, suffering fatal injuries.
