Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured two people at  TX 21 and Skyline Rd in Caldwell County, TX on June 18th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 3:21 a.m. According to investigators, a Honda Odyssey operated by 49-year-old Julio Serrano was headed westbound TX 21 before allegedly crossing a double yellow line into an eastbound lane. The van collided with an eastbound Ford F-150 before spinning into a shoulder. The impact left the driver of the Ford with minor injuries and Serrano with more serious injuries.
