What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at US 60 in Potter County, TX on April 27th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 6:05 p.m. Investigators say a tractor-trailer operated by a 24-year-old Phoenix, AZ man was pulling onto US 60 and failed to yield to a Dodge Ram 3500 operated by 26-year-old Justin David Leven. The vehicles collided and Leven suffered minor injuries in the collision. The Phoenix man was not injured and cited for Failure to Yield Right of Way at Stop Intersection.
