What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a person at I-10 in San Antonio, TX on October 10th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 5:20 a.m. A Ford F-150 operated by 29-year-old Justin Noriega was headed southbound in northbound lanes of I-10 before attempting to exit at an entrance ramp. It then struck a guardrail, causing Noriega serious injuries. Officers suspected alcohol was involved and suggested and/or issued a DWI charge.
