Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at I-20 and Bowen Rd in Arlington, TX on July 9th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 1:30 a.m. According to investigators, a Hyundai Elantra operated by 31-year-old Justin Sifford was headed southbound on Bowen Rd when it crashed into a traffic signal light at the intersection. Sifford suffered serious injuries in the crash. Reports indicate a DWI charge was recommended and/or issued.
