Texas Department of Public Safety officials have information on a crash that injured a driver at Loop 1604 in San Antonio, TX on January 30th, 2022. Reports place the accident happening around 1:14 a.m. Investigators say a Nissan Rogue operated by 26-year-old Kaitlyn Winter was headed eastbound on Loop 1604 when it reportedly veered from its lane into a median. The vehicle struck the median and bounced off before striking it once more and spinning before coming to a stop. Winter suffered serious injuries in the accident.
