Police say the incident happened around 8:28 a.m. According to investigators, a Toyota Venza headed southbound on Webb Chapel Rd before colliding with a Hyundai Palisade turning left at Lombardy Ln. Officials say the Hyundai failed to yield before the collision, the impact which left 21-year-old Toyota operator, Kaleigh Morales, seriously injured.
