Authorities are investigating a crash that killed one person at State Hwy 195 in Killeen, TX on May 10th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 5:50 a.m. According to investigators, a semi-truck was proceeding to turn left onto Hwy 195 while blocking northbound lanes. Authorities say a northbound Nissan collided with the rear of the truck, the driver, 30-year-old Karelys Almeda Sola, seriously injured. Reports say Sola was hospitalized for treatment and later died. The semi-truck operator was not injured, reports say. Additional information was available.
