Police say the incident happened around 1:48 a.m. According to investigators, a GMC Acadia operated by 29-year-old Karen Flores was headed eastbound on Hwy 191 on an exit ramp. Reports allege the vehicle was attempting to re-enter the roadway when it lost control for unclear reasons and overturning.
