Police have information on a single-vehicle crash that injured a driver at Oak St in Van, TX on August 19th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 4:27 p.m. According to investigators, a Lexus RX 350 is said to have left a private drive and entered onto a public roadway before leaving the roadway and crashing into a sign pole. Officials suggested the possibility the vehicle may have suffered from a defect that caused or contributed to the crash, which is said to have seriously injured 75-year-old driver, Karen Walker.
