Police say the vehicle collided with the rear of a Chevrolet Malibu waiting at a red traffic signal. 21-year-old pregnant passenger, Karla Ibarra Mancillas, was seriously injured, police say, and hospitalized. Reports indicate a DWI charge was recommended and/or issued.
