Texas Department of Public Safety officials have information on a crash that injured multiple people at Coulter St in Randall County, TX on November 20th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 9:44 p.m. A Kia Optima operated by a 22-year-old Amarillo woman was reportedly headed southbound on S Coulter St in a northbound lane before it collided with a Toyota Camry operated by 72-year-old Sam Oscar Allison. 70-year-old passenger, Kathy Jean Allison, suffered serious injuries. 44-year-old passenger, Samantha Jean Weinheimer, suffered less serious injuries, as did the Kia driver. Officers recommended and/or issued the Kia driver an Intoxication Assault charge.
