What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials have information on a crash that injured two people at N Sam Houston Tollway in Harris County, TX on April 28th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 1:35 a.m. According to investigators, a motorcycle operated by 41-year-old Aaron Cass was headed eastbound on the tollway when it veered from its lane into crash delineators and barrels separating the lanes from the Cash Pay lanes. Both Cass and his passenger, 35-year-old Kaycee Peavy, were ejected from the bike and suffered serious injuries. Reports indicate Cass was charged with an Intoxication Assault charge.
