Police are investigating a crash that injured a driver at US 82 in Clay County, TX on August 20th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 5:30 p.m. According to investigators, a tractor-trailer was eastbound on US 82 is alleged to have performed an unsafe lane change before proceeding into the path of a Toyota Camry. The vehicles collided, reports say, the impact seriously injuring 32-year-old Toyota operator, Kayla Dilday. The truck operator was allegedly uninjured. Additional inforamtion was not available.
