What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed one person involved at Gosling Rd in Harris County, TX on April 16th, 2023. Police say it happened around 3:08 a.m. Police say a Hyundai Veloster operated by 20-year-old Thomas Hine was headed southbound on Gosling Rd before allegedly failing to control its speed. The vehicle struck the back tire of what it believed to have been a two-wheeled vehicle, either a bicycle or motorcycle. The impact caused the cyclist, 23-year-old Kaynun Judice to be ejected from the vehicle onto to the hood the Hyundai. The collision caused Judice to suffer fatal injuries. Police recommended and/or issued a charge of Failure to Stop and Render Aid.
