San Angelo Police are investigating a collision that injured a motorcyclist at N Koenigheim St in San Angelo, TX on July 23rd, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 1:59 a.m. A vehicle operated by 28-year-old Anthony Padilla was reportedly racing a motorcycle operated by 28-year-old Keifer Ekert when the motorcycle crashed. Ekert was hospitalized with serious injuries. Padilla was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.
