What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at  Will Clayton Pkwy in Houston, TX on October 8th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 5:30 a.m. A commercial truck operated by a 27-year-old Houston man was headed westbound on Will Clayton when it allegedly made an improper turn from a left lane, which was an incorrect lane. As a result, an approaching Toyota Tundra operated by 40-year-old Kelvin Dewayne Warren collided with the side of the truck during the turn. Warren suffered minor injuries while the Houston man was uninjured. Officers recommended a charge of Improper Left Turn From Wrong Lane.
