Area authorities are investigating a collision that killed a person at Hwy 75 in Van Alstyne, TX on December 11th, 2021. Police say the. incident happened as a U-Hail truck headed northbound on the service road began to merge onto Hwy 75. Investigators say a vehicle operated by 78-year-old Kenneth Crouchman may have failed to yield and collided with the vehicle. Crouchman suffered fatal injuries at the scene.
