What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at I-410 in San Antonio, TX on July 12th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 3:32 p.m. A Ford F-150 operated by 66-year-old Kenneth Stout Jr reportedly was headed northbound when it made a lane change and struck the front of a Ford E Series truck. The Ford then veered from the road into a metal guardrail and light pole before overturning and rolling down a grassy embankment. Stout Jr suffered fatal injuries in the collision. The other driver was not injured. Additional information was not immediately available.
