What Happened

Authorities are investigating a collision that injured at least two people at FM 366 in Port Neches, TX on October 25th, 2024. Officials are saying the incident happend around 10:12 p.m. According to investigators, a pair of motorcycles were headed northbound, rounding a curve in the roadway. Reprots claim gravel and debris in the roadway either caused or contributed to the vehicles losing control. The second motorcycle entered into a ditch,e jetting other operator, followed by the first motorcycle, which also ejected both the operator and a passenger. Reports say the driver of the first bike, 57-year-old Kevin Bass and driver of the second motorcycle, 36-year-old Kerry Carpenter, were both seriously injured.
