Reports say the woman, identified as Keturah Palmer, and her boyfriend were struck by a vehicle allegedly operated by 39-year-old Yusdenis Llano. Reports claim the vehicle fled the area following the collision, which left Palmer's boyfriend fatally injured. Palmer was hospitalized with serious injuries, reports say.
