Authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Louetta Rd in Harris County, TX on January 22nd, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 10:02 p.m. According to investigators, a Ford Expedition headed westbound on Louetta Rd is alleged to have ran a red light before colliding with a Lexus headed southbound on Colony Creek Dr. Reports indicate the Lexus was allegedly proceeding on a green light at the time and the impact from the collision caused the vehicle to spin and strike a nearby Toyota Corolla. Officials say the driver of the Lexus, identified as 39-year-old Kevin Namataa Bollers, was seriously injured. Also seriously injured was a 27-year-old passenger in the same vehicle. The Ford operator, who was not publicly identified, had minor injuries, reports say. Reports also show a Driving While Intoxicated charge was recommended and/or issued against the driver of the Ford.
