What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a person at FM 943 in Polk County, TX on May 12th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 9:15 a.m. A Ford F-250 operated by 35-year-old Carrie Collins was attempting to make a left turn onto A.D. Dillon Rd when it was struck by a Ford Explorer operated by 30-year-old Kristal Lynn Harris. Harris suffered serious injuries in the collision. Collins was not injured.
