What Happened

Two people were killed in a collision involving a motorcycle at University and Sycamore in Ector County, TX on April 2nd, 2023. Officials say the incident happened as an eastbound Harley Davidson collided with a Chevrolet Silverado headed westbound. It has been alleged that the Chevrolet may have failed to yield while turning before colliding with the motorcycle. Both occupants of the motorcycle, 40-year-old Kristofer Goodrum and 38-year-old Jessica Goodrum, were killed in the collision. The driver of the Chevrolet allegedly fled the scene and authorities have not yet located the driver. Investigation into the crash continues at this time.
