Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Hwy 103 in Lufkin, TX on October 10th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 1:20 a.m. According to investigators, a GMC pickup truck operated by 34-year-old Kyle Gragg was northbound on Tom Holland Rd, approaching the intersection with Hwy 103. Headed eastbound on Hwy 103 was a Dodge SUV operated by 26-year-old Randall Page. Place allege the GMC may have missed a posted stop sign at the intersection before proceeding into the intersection and colliding with the SUV. Officials say Gragg was seriously injured and hospitalized for treatment while Page, who allegedly left the scene, was not injured. Additional information was not available.
