Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured three people at I-10 in Jefferson County, TX on June 10th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 1:50 p.m. Officials allege an eastbound semi-truck failed to control its speed before colliding with the rear of a second semi-truck. The impact also struck a Hyundai Elantra while debris before the crash was struck by two other vehicles. 43-year-old Kyler Taylor, 41-year-old Nasser Benamar and 47-year-old Dwight Hampton were all hospitalized for treatment of undisclosed injuries.
