Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a driver at State Hwy 147 in San Augustine County, TX on July 4th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 11:55 a.m. According to investigators, a Cadillac SRX headed northbound in a southbound lane was involved in a head-on collision with a Dodge Ram 3500.
