Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at I-635 in Dallas, TX on June 22nd, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 10:30 a.m. A commercial tractor-trailer operated by a 32-year-old West Liberty Kentucky woman reportedly performed an unsafe lane change and collided with a Ford Explorer operated by 37-year-old Lee Weber. Weber suffered serious injuries. The other driver was not injured.
