Police are investigating a crash that injured three people at President George Bush Turnpike in Dallas, TX on August 11th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 3:46 p.m. According to investigators, a Toyota 4Runner was westbound on the turnpike before allegedly veering out of its lane for unconfirmed reasons. Reports say the vehicle collided with a Hyundai Palisade, the impact causing the Hyundai to overturn onto its side in a shoulder. Reports say 51-year-old Hyundai passenger, Leena Antony, was seriously injured. A second passenger, age 58, as well as the 53-year-old driver both had less serious injuries, reports say. The occupants of the Toyota were all allegedly uninjured, according to police. The driver was allegedly cited for Failure to Drive in Single Lane. Additional information was not available.
