Area authorities are investigating a crash that that killed two people involved at Oakwood Dr in Odessa, TX on August 6th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 3:13 a.m. According to investigators, a Dodge Ram operated by 20-year-old Leonardo Lechuga Salas was westbound on Okay before losing control at a dip in the intersection. The vehicle is said to have left the roadway before hitting a cinder block fence. The vehicle then traveled across the west alley before striking an unoccupied vehicle. The crash left both the driver and a passenger, 21-year-old Ivan Lechuga Salas, with fatal injuries. Additional information was not available.
