What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a collision that injured a driver at River Park Dr in Fort Worth, TX on September 6th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 8:54 a.m. Investigators say a commercial truck and Honda Civic both collided as each made a right hand-turn. They say the driver of the truck alleged the Honda attempted to squeeze past it to make its turn while the Honda driver reportedly alleged driver inattention on the part of the truck driver. The Honda driver, 44-year-old Leslie Renee Gordon, suffered minor injuries. Her passenger, 41-year-old Devin Moody, also suffered minor injuries. The truck driver was not injured. Officers say there was a recording device present in the truck that captured the accident, however they did not report an official cause for the crash.
