Police say the incident happened around 2:31 a.m. Reports say a Toyota Corolla was sat in southbound lane of travel, possibly due to mechanical trouble. Officials say the driver, identified as 26-year-old Likayla Turner was standing near the vehicle at a Chevrolet Impala approached. The Impala is said to have struck the Toyota, which struck Turner, pushing Turner into another vehicle.
