Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a person at State Hwy 110 in Cherokee County, TX on May 3rd, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 3:34 p.m. According to investigators, a Ford F-550 operated by 67-year-old Mahmoud Ramazani was headed northbound on TX 110 towing a trailer. A GMC Terrain operated by 57-year-old Lilia Olvera was stopped, waiting to make a left turn on County Road 4227. The Ford reportedly failed to control its speed and struck the GMC, causing minor injuries to Olvera. Ramazani was not injured and reports indicate a Failure to Control Speed charge was issued.
