Authorities are investigating a two-vehicle crash that killed a driver at US 62 in Motley County, TX on June 20th, 2024. Officials believe the incident happened around 12:30 a.m. According to reports, a vehicle operated by 80-year-old Roger Mason was allegedly traveling on the wrong side of the roadway prior to colliding head-on with an SUV. Sources say the driver of the SUV, identified as 73-year-old Lino Garcia, was fatally injured in the crash. 72-year-old SUV passenger, Margarita Garcia, was hospitalized with serious injured, reports say. Also hospitalized with serious injuries was Mason, police say. Additional information was not available.
