Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Skillman St in Dallas, TX on November 13th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 2:43 a.m. A Kia Soul operated by 37-year-old Linsay Jones was said to have been headed northbound on Skillman St when it allegedly failed to control its speed and jumped a curb. It then entered onto a driveway and struck a parked, unoccupied Ford F-250, causing Jones serious injuries. Investigators allege Jones may have consumed alcohol prior to driving.
