Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a driver at Lopez Rd in Willacy County, TX on March 12th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 4:42 p.m. A Chevrolet van operated by 27-year-old Lorenzo Garcia Jr was headed northbound when it reportedly lost control and went into a skid.
