What Happened

El Paso Police Department officials are investigating a wrong-way crash that killed a woman at Spur 601 in El Paso, TX on February 13th, 2022. Police say the incident happened when a Toyota 4Runner traveling the wrong direction collided with a Chevrolet Camaro operated by 51-year-old Lorraine M. Quintana. The driver of the Toyota, 33-year-old Andrew James Romine, died at the scene. Quintana was taken to an area hospital with injuries she later died from. Additional information was not available.
