Police are investigating a collision that injured four people at FM 78 in Seguin, TX on August 30th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 3:24 p.m. Investigators say a Kia Sportage headed northbound on FM 1620 before allegedly failing to yield at a stop sign and colliding with a Nissan Versa at the FM 78 intersection. Officials say the driver of the Nissan, identified as 70-year-old Louisa Mendez, was seriously injured. Also seriously injured, according to reports, were three passengers in the vehicle and the 77-year-old driver of the Kia, none of whom were publicly identified.
