Texas Department pf Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a person at FM 306 in Comal County, TX on August 14th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 9:32 p.m. A motorcycle operated by 32-year-old Luis Alejandro Frausto is accused of traveling at an unsafe speed around a curve on FM 306 when it lost control. It veered from the road, ejecting both Frausto and his 30-year-old female passenger. The passenger was uninjured but Frausto suffered serious injuries. Police charged Frausto with Unsafe Speed and Improper Driver's License for Type of Vehicle.
