El Paso Police are investigating a crash that killed a motorcyclist at US 54 near Diana Dr in El Paso, TX on April 16th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 12 a.m. According to investigators, a motorcycle operated by 32-year-old Luis Baltazar Torres was traveling northbound on the highway at an alleged high rate of speed when it allegedly attempted to pass two vehicles ahead. While doing so, the bike collided with the rear of a Honda Civic, causing Torres to be ejected from the bike and suffer fatal injuries at the scene.
