Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Lamar Blvd in Austin, TX on February 27th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 1:58 a.m. According to investigators, a Toyota Prius operated by 39-year-old Luke Maxwell Williams was exiting an apartment complex lot to headed westbound onto Juliet St before it was struck by a Mercedes-Benz E Class operated by a 33-year-old Austin woman. Police allege the Toyota failed to yield prior to the collision, which left Williams with serious injuries. The Austin woman suffered minor injuries.
