Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at I-35E in Lewisville, TX on November 4th, 2022.Police say the incident happened around 11:18 a.m. According to investigators, a truck with attached trailer operated by a 61-year-old male was traveling behind a Dodge Ram 1500 operated by a 30-year-old Wylie woman and a Ford Expedition operated by 46-year-old Luz Marie Sanchez. The tractor-trailer is believed to have failed to control its speed, crashing into the rear of the Dodge, pushing it into the rear of the Ford. The collision led to possible injuries for the Wylie woman and serious injuries for Sanchez. The truck-trailer driver was not injured and cited for Failure to Control Speed.
