Harris County Sheriff's Office authorities have information on a crash that killed a driver at TX 249 in Harris County, TX on October 27th, 2023. Sources say the incident happened as a vehicle alleged to have been stolen was being pursued by authorities. Officials say the vehicle, a Ford F-250 operated by 29-year-old Bryson McClure, was allegedly traveling at a speed above the posted limit, running several red lights. The truck is said to have, at some point during the pursuit, struck the side of a vehicle operated by Lynette Winchester. Winchester suffered fatal injuries in the incident, sources say. Sources also allege McClure was uninjured and arrested an evading arrest charge as well as a charge of murder. Additional details were not available.
