What Happened

Jasper Police are investigating a crash that injured several people at FM 2799 in Jasper, TX on July 13th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 6 p.m. A Ford Edge reportedly hydroplaned during a rain storm and slid into the path of a Peterbilt flatbed truck. The Ford driver, 24-year-old Madison Kennedy and passenger, 21-year-old Shelby Linscomb, were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. The driver of the truck, 44-year-old Edger Neyland, was also hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
