Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a man at 9th St and Ave F in Galveston, TX on October 7th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 12:39 a.m. According to investigators, a Ford F-250 operated by a 33-year-old Converse, LA woman was southbound along with a bicycle. Police say both vehicles swerved, the Ford traveling partially into a shoulder before reentering the road and colliding why the rear of the bicycle. The bicyclist fell from the vehicle and suffered injuries believed to be serious in nature, reports indicate. The other driver was not injured, according to police.
