Authorities are investigating a crash that injured a man at Coyote Trail and Brickplant Rd in Potter County, TX on July 3rd, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 11:35 p.m. According to investigators, a Polaris Ranger was southbound on Coyote Trail, rounding a curve in the roadway. The vehicle is alleged to have lost control while navigating the curve, the vehicle overturning as a result. Reports say a front-right seat passenger was ejected from the vehicle and seriously injured. An additional passenger had less serious injuries while one other passenger and the driver were allegedly uninjured. Reports indicate a Driving While Intoxicated charge was recommended and/or issued.
