Police say the incident happened around 2:36 a.m. A Mercedes-Benz operated by a 32-year-old Pittsford, MI man reportedly made an unsafe lane change into the path of another vehicle and they both collided. The man suffered serious injuries in the crash. Police also allege the man had been drinking.
