Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a man at FM 1570 in Hunt County, TX on May 27th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 4:20 a.m. According to investigators, a commercial truck operated by a 62-year-old Cumby man was headed southbound on FM 1570, approaching a curve in the roadway. The truck is said to have failed to control its speed before veered off the road into a ditch and rolling onto its left side and striking a yield sign.
